PPCGeeks - Problems Installing Mobile Shell Themes

Hello. I have a HTC mogul 6800 on the Alltel Network with Mobile Shell 3.0 installed and Windows Mobile 6.1. Every time I try to install a theme it doesn't work. I extract it and drag everything in the mobile shell folder and when it asks to replace everything i hit yes. I do a soft reset on my phone and the original today screen pops up but Mobile Shell doesn't open. I get a error message saying that We're sorry there has been a problem with Mobile SHell do you want to send the error? And after I hit don't send the Mobile Shell screen is black. Am I doing something wrong? I tried three different themes. Am I doing something wrong? any help would be appreciated.
