Buuf Deuce Icon Set
 

I don't remember seeing this posted on the site. All credit goes to Paul Davey (mattahan) for creating this set.

The set consists of 1187 icons. It was originally created for the MAC. The files were converted to pngs (thanks to whoever did it, I forgot where I picked these up). I converted the pngs to ico files. Most of the pngs are 256x256, a few are smaller. The icons are formatted at 128x128, 72x72, 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16.

I like a symmetrical look for my icons so I created a Buuf background in five different colors:

The backgrounds are blank and sized at 256x256. I did not include icons using the backgrounds. You'll have to get a photo editor and make them yourself. If you need help doing this or would like only a handful of icons made then just ask me.

A few of the icon names have curse words in them (very few). So if this bothers you then don't download them.

I finally got around to making a theme with these. I like the look of the jumbo icons with UltimateLaunch.

really nice!!! think you can post the Large skull wallpaper that you have for your S2U2 background?? lol if you had that skull with your dark green background that sure would make it a lot more sweeter!!! WVGA if possible lmao thanks man!!

Paul Davey (mattahan) makes some awesome icons. I had to edit the hell out of his non Windows Mobile icons to get decent looking slider icons. I wish I had found this set sooner. Nice find.

Easy enough to do. Just to let you know. It won't look "crisp" due to the amount of upsizing I need to do. I already made a purple background. I started making a complete Buffed skin for TF3D. But since I don't really like using it I stopped. It would take too long to do.

Just to be sure, you do want this wallpaper for TF3D, correct? If so I'll cab it up using HDWall. The dimensions for a regular WM wallpaper are a little different.

Hi popdog54, thanks a lot for posting the icons and backgrounds.
Would you mind sharing the template you used to make the backgrounds?
I would like to make them in other colours for personal use.

I have no template. If I remember correctly, I copied a piece out of one of the original Buuf icons. I think it was red. Then I just resized it to 256x256 and added the black frame around it. After that I adjusted the hue in Photoshop to get the different colors. For the wallpapers I just resized them as needed.

thanks for your reply. I did not realise I could change the colours with the hue :)

just to clarify, have you by any chance come across a template for the buuf icons or do you know whether it exists in general.I know that they were created by Paul Davey. Why I am asking is because if you go to the link below, there are other users who also do this type of icons, though for an iphone.
