can anyone help me with creating a monster energy theme for 6.5

I was wondering if anyone can help me with creating a monster energy theme for windows 6.5 im running herm energy rom right now. any help would be greatly appreciated.

well im trying to make a theme where the scroller is neon green with a monster energy logo background. ive tryed to read up on it but everytime i place the files in the windows folder it erases all the options in the home screen.
