6-9-09 Update: Pink and Gray sets have been added.

These took a lot longer to make than I thought they would so I hope at least one person puts them to good use. There are 250 icons in the set, based on Windows 7 with some Leopard and a few extras thrown in. The set comes in 8 different colors, 2000 total icons. The orbs have a 30% transparency so the actual color will vary depending on the background image. Here's a screen shot of my Mogul:

Requests are welcome. I included some 3rd party app icons, but there are enough generic icons for most apps so please try to be creative before making a request. Example, try using the lock or one of the vault icons before requesting an S2U2 icon.

There's a zip file for each color set. I did make a master zip with all the colors, but unfortunately Mediafire has an upload limit of a 100mb file (the master zip is 181mb). If you want to mix colors you'll have to download the individual zips. Each zip file contains 256x256 png files plus the icons formatted at 128x128, 72x72, 48x48, 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16.

well this is not a specific application request but an orb color request...I would like a greyish color orb if possible...

There was something wrong with the zip file. I tried a test download with no problem and a few other people were able to download it though. Anyway, I rezipped the files and updated the download link so you shouldn't have any problems now.

Which background are you referring to, the white one with the thumbnails or the one on my Mogul?

I plan on making a blackish/dark gray set along with a pink one for the ladies. If I have enough free time this week they should be done by Friday.
