Hey I had the same problem, its because you put it on your storage card, uninstall and re-install it on the device itself and it should work

i have it installed on my device and that has happened once. had to soft reset.

Yeah, this is definitely a weird "feature". It's more of a tease really! :(

I installed it on my sprint ppc 6700 and my dial pad is scratched out!! I can only see the numbers!! Does anyone know wat the problem is or have the same prob.

I have a treo 750 and this doesn't work on my phone pls help. I am a total neewbie dnt know a lot. step by step would help.

Looks great, but locks up on my 6700 with wm6. The keypad locks up every time if I dial a number, go to keypad and dial an extension, then click call status.

It's just too bad they don't have Gordon Gekko answering all the time like I do..
