The attachment is from the wisbar advance forum, I was wondering if anyone could use it to replace the standard start menu icon for me??

Yes he has to convert his taskbar to WM 6.5, some of the files are different such as the shellres.192.dll also there is no phcanOverbmp.dll associated with WM 6.5 but it will read it.

Made a new WM 6.5 Taskbar thread where work will be posted from developers. For now I am just asking those who develop to create an entry in the thread, once everyone who develops has posted there stuff it will be opened up for discusion. Here is the link http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...968#post867968 the reason for this is we are shifting gears a little and there are differences so as not to confuse anyone all relateds stuff concerning WM 6.5 taskbars will go there.

hello was just wondering if u can come up with some taskbar icons that have these colours in them man u can make some mad task icons i was thinking this cuz of memory usage might be less mem usage ? without the colured ones

as far as the statement /question 4 the taskbar icons not being color uses less memory, is incorrect (as far as i have read). it should not have any effect on your memory.

TSOWEN, do these reg edits have anything to do with the HTC Dialer not working well with Windows Mobile 6.5? Wasn't sure if it had anything to do with this.

Hey Tsowen...

I just noticed something in your cab. You are creating an non-needed registry key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps\Batter yIconLevels = (dword) 65]
Then inside of that is another BatteryIconLevels = dword:00000065

So instead of just having BatteryIconLevels as a registry entry inside of [HKLM\Security\ResOver\BitMaps], its getting created as another key container too.

Just FYI.
