creating a dialer skin?
 

searched and couldnt find this, but i did find those with similar interests.

to be specific, the coolio iphone dialer thats floating around, I'd like to change it to my needs, the background specifically I need to match my other things instead of the clownfish. I'm assuming I cannot just change it, so I'm willing to just make a skin from scratch, provided someone would help me...

i ended up extracting the files from the cab of the skin i wanted and just changed all the files then re-compiled it, not the best fix in the world but it is a start, and with a little more tweaking I may even be happy with it! without further adieu however, I'm ready to present my full phone's theme/features, uploaded to my picasa account:

the album is mostly to show off to friends what my PPC can do, so don't think I am insulting your intelligence by explaining what Live search does ;)

ya i did the same thing... its really a pain but to me it was worht it... all you have to do it get the image files from in the cab.. i used WinCE but if you dont have anything u can install it on your phone, go to the image folder copy all them to your computer and then remake them and recopy them to your phone... make sure you keep everything the EXACT same size... and you will have no issues :-)
