vista looking themes for ppc wm5

can anyone provide me with a theme that looks like windows vista but without any wisbar,or other programs on the phone?

i dont think you CAN apply any nice looking vista skins without an app like wisbar. from my understanding you can only apply themes that just change the color of the top and bottom bars, buttons, etc.

no glass effects, no transition effects, no vista button graphics, etc without wisbar.
