Clear bars
 

I searched the theme forum with no luck. I want to make the bar at the very top and very bottom transparent.

The only way I know of is to get Wisbar Advance. Search around the forums for WA2 and that shound get you started in the right direction. :)

Thanks, I am new to this. Even though I have had this 700wx since october I am just now getting around to using it other than just a phone.

well, I downloaded wa2 and syill can't figure this out. the reason why I want to turn these transparent is because a few programs get blocked by the bars.

Having cleared/skinned bars will not help that problem. What programs are you running into that problem with?

WA2 will not make them transparent. No program that I know of will make them transparent. WA2 or WA3 will only allow you to place a slice of your background photo on the top and on the bottom bar, so it appears that your wallpaper goes from top to bottom...seamless. But your today pluggins will always extend behind the bottom bar.

you cant make them transparent o matter what program... vijay from xda has a little app to remove the top bar... i dont know if you rlooking to do that?

Opps! I guess I didn't understand what the op was wanting. I do believe with WA3 beta4 you can have top & bottom bars in tga format. which you can have a transparentcy level. VJ's app works for removing the bars. but can be buggy at times. Also WA3 has a setting to hide the bottom bar like VJ's app. but it to is buggy.
