TF3D customization
 

I am hoping that we can collect some info in this thread about customizing the TF3D look.
The Verizon look is pretty boring.
There are a couple of threads at XDA that discuss this but I haven't had any luck.

Get rid of that ugly VZW themed TF3D.

Install Diamond TF3D Config 0.6.7 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=405749
Delete the tweaks.xml from its program files folder if it errors when opening.

Use the Diamond TF3D Config to install a new theme. Original Diamond manila theme found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=430174 -install the newest version.
