Help No Splash Screen

I tried to put that first "vista" screen on my phone and realized I could not delete it from the phone so that I could add the new one so I deleted it from the splash screen registry (if I am using the correct terminology) and now I get No splash screen, even though the files show in my windows directory on my phone. I am using CRegED, please let me know how to fix this.
