Yes it should be.

There a a couple of things that may have been a problem. Firstly when you installed your Wisbar Advance 3 and Wisbar Advance Desktop programs the order of installation is WAD goes on first. If that was done correct then have you updaded your wisbar lately say to 3.1.0.7 or 3.1.0.8 if so then this could be the problem both of these updates have problems. Most of us have gone back to a previous build, myself using wisbar adv 3.1.0.4.

I have Wisbar version 2.8.0.2

And I cant remember which I installed first. I know your theme does not even show up in my wisbar....

That's one problem the Wisbar theme is a Wisbar Adv 3 it won't work with the version you have, sorry !

Ok so I ended up having to do a hard reset b/c it would keep freezing at startup. Installed WAD first and then installed WA3. I then went and installed your calculator skin and tried to run the calculator and it says skin cannot be loaded. Also, how would I get the dialer skin working on a treo? I hear its a little more in depth than other phone but I have yet to find the way to do it.

You'll have to give me a little more detail. Is the OS , WM 2003se , WM5 or WM6 ?
The phone Dialler is a CAB install and is based on the HTC dialler.

I have a TreoWX running WM5. I have always heard of people saying that the Treo is a little bit harder to get a dialer skin working on it.

I really can't tell you much as i don't know the Treo phone. As i said my skin is based on the HTC phone Dialler. It is a self installing CAB and should works on WM5 and WM6
