New Phone Time! Help Me Decide!
 

Well I am eligible for a phone upgrade and got the TP2 via a insurance upgrade for I'm going to be running 2 phones that I can switch anytime I want through sprint.com/pcs.

My question to you guys is this out of the Hero, Pixi, Pre, and the BB Tour which one should I get?

Reasoning for getting each phone:

Hero:

• Android
• Capacitive Touch Screen
• Roller Ball
• HTC Device
• Flashing doesnt make you lose all your settings, files, etc...
• Seems to be updated more frequently than Windows

Pixi:

• I like the "Candy Bar" aspect of it (would be a everyday phone for simple browsing and texting)
• Capacitive Touch Screen
• WebOS
• Neat charging interface/method
• SLIM
• Lightweight
• No one seems to have it

Pre:

• WebOS
• Capacitive Touch Screen
• Neat charging interface/method
• Faster Processor than Pixi
• Doesnt seem to slow down when multi-tasking
• Themes seem to be pouring from the heavens

BB Tour:

• Durable
• Roller Ball
• Seems to have a interface I could live with (I know I cant do much with a BB)
• Never had a BB before

I AM a tweaker, I love modding/tweaking/skinning/flashing my TP2. However, I wouldn't mind have a phone that just is good to go out of the box. I've seen videos on all these phones and I am particularly impressed with the Pixi and Pre's WebOS and screen rotation times. I am worried about their keyboard sizes though. The Hero looks great but just seems like I would want to tweak it but really cant do much with it, thus leaving me frustrated.

Opinions guys? I am about to do this if I cant come to a solid decision soon... :violent2:

You forgot the Samsung Moment or is that Verizon? Honestly I like Android over WebOS.

If you don't need GSM functionality I would take a look of the BB Curve 2 over the Tour as its has a better touch pad, music control and keyboard, but that comes at a slightly smaller screen.

i know its not on your list but if you have the option go for Touch Pro2(or wait for HTC HD2 to come around Christmas time)

just noticed that you already have TP2 then just wait for HD2

Seriously though, I would go for the Hero because of the Android OS, and the capacitive screen.

Do you guys really think sprint will be getting the hd2 by this new year :s? I'm happy with my diamond for now lol

not till 2010. most likely in the us around march..
if sprint gets it im guessing around june/august..
