I sold my Touch; Going back to my Vogue
 

Sorry. I tried and tried and tried to like the Diamond. I did like some stuff, like higher resolution, teeter, the better camera etc. etc. But at the end of the day, the problem were just unbearable. The phone's battery, despite being bigger than the Vogue's, would die in half a day. I found no single ROM as stable as Vogue's ROMs. And frankly, I am getting tired of trying to get used to typing on yet another touchscreen device. Yes, it's the same size as the Vogue, but for some reason typing on the Diamon just wasn't the same.

So I just sold it on eBay and I am going back to my Vogue. I will try out the Pre when it comes out and if that doesn't work out either, I will hold out for whatever Android device Sprint has lined up.

The quest for the perfect phone continues...

In terms of everyday use ... the touch is soo much simpler and does almost the same ... one a month i'm switching between my touch and my diamond ... cuz my diamond always gets fu(ked up ... dono why ... its my 5th one in 5 months ... and my Touch felt from higher then the diamond ... and i only had 2 touch in 1 year .... the touch was/is one of the best phones HTC ever made !!

I agree... other than the high res screen I've been frustrated with it. I had Dette's rom on the Vogue back in November before I upgraded(?) and it ran everything better.. be it Sprint tv.. Slingplayer.. Youtube.. not sure why.. thought the Diamond was an upgraded Vogue.. I was wrong. Capactive on the Pre is fantastic.. probably will sell the Vogue and Diamond and get one. Just want some consistency and reliability. And I want to stop loading roms and customizing every 4 days... even though I do enjoy it to a degree.
