my touch screen on my mogul. i can get it fixed but i was thinkiing of just upgrading to the touch pro. can i use software like sms chat and spb suites and most mogul software with the pro. thanks guys

Quick answer: Yes switch! The TP is great and I use SPB suite and it works fine.

I would say switch also. I had an ATT 8525 (same as the Mogul) and hated it but the better screen, bigger on-scren keyboard, and TouchFLO make the TP MUCH easier to use than I first thought.

dunno man.. i just had to use my mogul for 3 days waiting for a replacement.. and i missed it, i didnt realize i did, but it felt nice...

TP feels so small..the keyboard keys are tiny compared to moguls.. TPs slide mechanism feels jankie.. the slide,slides open the opposite way(dpad at on right side now).. ill tell ya right now, youll miss the hell out of your soft keys lol.. if your a heavy user of your phone, youll get 2hrs max out of your battery.. be prepared to live next to a charger lol..

in my eyes the TP shouldve been the exact body and style of Mogul with all the TPs specs and a good battery lol... thatd still be my dream phone

i wouldnt get the TP until your forced to

wow i just read crazychef's reply and im already ready to give the touch back and i havent even had it delivered yet. every review i just read on line says the battery will not even last a few hours. have all you guys had this problem? im talking using a navigation program a couple of times a day and having the screen on fairly bright. also one last question. since the screen is smaller than the mogul, does the internet viewing not as good

I say try the switch, if you're with Sprint and don't like it you can return it within your 30 days. If you do make the switch, remember to not be comparing it to your other phone, let it work on its own merits. Too often people compare their new phone to their old phone and become disappointed when it's not their old phone, if you know what I mean. I researched dozens of phones before settling with the Touch Pro and really enjoy the phone... and I switched from an LG Muziq!
