Getting a new phone US Tmobile

Well around the start of January i was planning on getting a new phone up untill now I was planning on getting the new G1 but many people have told me its not that great. I was also thinking on getting an unlocked htc touch hd but im not sure if its worth the 800$. I am looking for a touch screen phone a keyboard is not a neccesity preferably a 3g+ camera with fast web browing and good for music if its possible w/o the neccesity of a USB for music. Any opinions on which phone would be best?

Well I haven't used the G1 but it looks pretty kool. I think $800 is to much to pay for a phone. That's just my opinion.

This is gonna be the part where size matters...

1) Skinny is for punks, and...

2) If it ain't thick, it ain't right.

Trust me on this one, if you can't live without the expansion slot (something that the Diamond severely lacks), then go Pro or go home:D
