Hey Whats up everybody my contract with AT&T will be running out in about 1 month and I want to get a good Smart Phone / PDA, at the moment in stuck in between 2 phones Touch Diamond™ by HTC VS Mogul™ by HTC I did notice today that the price diffrence between the 2 phones is $50.00.

My phone use
-Mobile internet
-full 100% HTML and stream capability
-Full keyboard NO Touch screen Keyboard
-I will not be using my phone as my MP3 player

My question is witch phone is better for me?

Well since a soft keyboard is a deal breaker for you, get the Mogul. The Diamond doesn't have a slide out keyboard.

Are you looking to change carriers? i notice you said you were with AT&T at the moment. I myself am waiting for the Touch Pro. I've been using the Touch for a long time after having 2 Moguls, and while I love the speed and size, I REALLY miss my keyboard.

Yeah that my thing I just love to have the full keyboard there.

I hope they have a good promotion so I can get a good deal on the phone.

AT&T its supposed to get the Touch Pro also (code name Fuze)...just not date on when...(just in case you dont plan to change carriers. check out this link for pics of the touch pro for AT&T..enjoy!

If you're currently on AT&T and planning to switch to Sprint for the Touch Pro. Release date is supposed to be 10/19.

Since you'd be a "new" customer, you'd be eligible for the following:

$599.99 (retail cost of phone)
$150.00 (instant rebate)
50.00 (instant rebate)
$100.00 (mail in rebate)

$299.99 (after all the rebates)

That's the "deal" that will be available.
