May move to iphone..help

Work may pay for the data for the new iphone, so I am tempted.
I have a 200 ETF with sprint, even though I have only 4 months left on my SERO plan.
Is the SERO plan transferrable on Celltrade or other sites??
Can I sell my Touch on Ebay? Will a buyer be able to activate it on Sprint?

I already did it... had 2 lines still in contract with Sprint, 1 touch and 1 centro.. both had insurance, so I requested replacements 4 days before iphone launch... got 2 iphones on launch day and my replacements phones came in that afternoon.. .sold them both on ebay to recover my ETF's on both lines.. I have never been happier with the iphone, dont regret the change at all.. and the wife loves the iphone compared to her centro..

plenty of free programs now with the app store.. and multi tasking is a breeze, and you arent plagued with running out of memory.. and having to look at a task manager to kill open programs no longer exists :)

i contemplated waiting for the new iphone but to be honest I just cannot give up the way I can change everything on my touch and the number of free and shareware programs that are out there for windows mobile. Now, it is Microsoft so that may be a turn off - but do have to say that the windows mobile platform is a good one compared to other Microsoft products. And anyway - EVERYONE wants an iphone - i like to be special!

In a year or two the iphone will be about as cool and desirable as the RAZR is now

I remember when everyone had to have one of those things.

I read that thread a while ago. I can understand your reasoning for going, but from my point of view, I have had an Apache for about two years with custom ROMs and never had to reset all the time.

So far a week into the Touch with a custom ROM and not one reset or lockup yet. Maybe you just had bad luck LOL

At least it could be cool once. WM devices have never really been close to being as cool and are actually terrible when you consider the fact that they have been around for a relatively long time and still are clunky as hell and very unreliable. If it weren't for ROM sites like this one and the high price of AT&T plans WM devices would be dead. The OS and hardware has barely evolved from the first versions back on the original IPAQ. The hardware designs are lackluster, we can get 8GB microSD cards for cheap and they cant even put enough ram in these things to multitask programs well. I like the Mogul I currently have, but as usual with Windows devices, they always follow Murphys law, when you REALLY need them they will fail.
