Is there any comparison between the two?
Which is better, Pros & Cons??

Or instead should I just wait for the new Diamond Touch coming out?

i have touch and thought i wanted the instinct, got the inst. gave it back in 2dys its jnk. nav is good voice commands are good a thats it. now touch has gps all good. plus they make you switch plans. get a touch or wait for diamond/pro please if you can play with inst. first hope this helps

Get the touch and flash dHarvey's rom. You will make even iPhone owners envious!!! I know from personal experience!

Touch all the way !!!!!!!!! windows is workable with the instinct you pretty much stuck with what you got
