i am being forced to the Touch.. my mogul died on me and they have sent me a touch. I sent the first one back and they sent another ith no idea when Moguls will be back for replacement. So I am stuck with a touch

Take it into the sprint store with a BS problem... the will give you a Touch as a replacement.

Yeah. They said they would ship mine out to me by the 27th. This was as of today. (Last time they said the date, it came earlier than estimated I believe). So it must be in stock at sprint at least.

Dude I feel your pain... somebody at Sprint or HTC should be ritually sacrificed to the RAM gods to make this thing run more.

the only problem is, that they may have moguls in stock. in that case ill walk out with the same phone i left with..

it's funny, i had that exact same problem.....i'm just mad that i gave up so soon. i know earlier i posted how much i'm likin the touch, which i do, but that was only because of asurion telling me i was basically screwed, thus needing to force myself to find reasons to like the touch lol.

then after reading that people were gettin brand new moguls from them, TWO days after them telling me they had gotten word from htc directly that they wouldn't be getting anymore, i called retentions this evening and they're shipping me a mogul tommorow. like success, i do a ton of txt'n (avg of about 4000 a month), so the keyboard is too much to pass on......good bye extra ram, but hello typing sanity! :headbang:

i have the same texting problem but itscloser to 6000 text a month i kno were do i find time to work on the phone. i just flashed my rom and one of my screws tried to fall out but whent and tightend it back up and i also noticed one had already fallen out when i get a chance ill tighten them all back up.

Switching from the mogul to the touch made me depressed (no keyboard), and i pretty much stopped using the phone completely. Switched back to the mogul and all is well again. Keyboard makes this devices 10x more useful.
