I can't believe anybody (or @ least i didn't see it) has mentioned the monthly outages that they have been having lately. In that case, i would go for the touch.

BB = garbage internet, garbage multimedia, no touchscreen, no 3rd party software. If you need a hard keypad, get a Mogul.

Oops. That's what I get for posting, watching TV and reloading a laptop for one of my relatives at the same time.

Even though I posted about the 8830, I'd have to say most of what I posted will likely apply with the 8330. My sister-in-law just got a Pearl and I was looking at it today (Easter get-together) and found the same things with it that I don't like about the 8830. She was playing around with my Touch and fell in love. She's now thinking about taking the Pearl back, but her concern is that the Touch isn't as durable as the Pearl. She's a civil construction manager.
