In need of some opinions for a sprint smartphone
I'm looking to upgrade my HTC hero to another smartphone from Sprint. I've basically narrowed it down to 4 phones. I use my phone for e-mail, text , gps , calling , surfing and some minor picture taking. What can y'all tell me in +'s and -'s of each.
1) evo 4g 2) evo 3 d 3) Motorola photon 4) Samsung gs2 I don't know how to root , and I don't know enough to say that this screen is better than another. Thanks to all who reply on advance |

i've done quite a bit of research on these phones and have "info" overload any idea on the release date of the gs2......i'd heard it was in august |

Out of those phones I too would take the SGS2 if the 3D stuff doesn't impress you

at this point, the only phone in this list that can be rooted it the sgs2.

A perma root is supposed to drop for the 3D asap too.
Also, HTC is releasing booter unlocking software mid august, so you'll be fine with the 3D if you want to root. |

I'll recommend a phone that's not on the list. the HTC Arrive, it does everything u asked for and more. especially with the mango beta that's out.

Except he's on a hero now. Going to wp7 from android would be a downgrade. This man wants an UPGRADE!
