EVO v. TP2 specs/feature comparison

HTC has placed the EVO on their site for order. I created the below side by side to the Sprint TP2 based on HTC's published "product features".

Slight issue, EVO is no AMOLED its TFT.. Also it says no Threaded Text messaging for the TP2 but it did have that stock as well

current specs are listing it as OLED, but I think that is a misprint, pretty sure its TFT

All of that data was scraped from HTC's site, here (also linked on OP):

I just rearranged to a side by side. I found it interesting as well - we'll see...may just be a typo on HTC's part.

Very nicely laid out, but there's no chart option for "feel" :P

I hear ya, these are just the specs that HTC published. HTC has some of the EVO info wrong (display and device measurements) and some of the TP2 info is wrong (like the headphone jack).

only the sprint tp2 has a headphone jack I don't think the others do.

This comparison is like beating a dead horse lol...I mean its obvious that the EVO is better in every way except for those that travel outside the country and need a physical keyboard..

but here is a pdadb comparison:

I found this thread via a Google search for "TP2 Specs". This was the first result "TP2 vs EVO side-by-side specs which brought me here. I was looking for more info on the hardware specs anyways, so this comparison was pretty much useless to me and, to top it off, a lot of the facts are stated incorrectly for the tp2 such as; the threaded SMS, as stated earlier by someone, is supported, and if your going to make a category for "Accessibility" you might as well put "Yes" for the answer because they both have it. Also, I am pretty sure the TP2 has been coming with Winmo 6.5 stock now. "Email Accounts Supported" for TP2 is wrong, answer is IMAP,POP3,Exchange. The TP2 has a 3.5mm sound jack as well. I'm sure there is a list exactly like this (except factually correct) in quite a few other places on the internet. Never the less, thanks for your effort #-o
