Re: Incredible instead of Evo

Sometimes its just too hard to wait for that "one" device and we find ourselves somewhere we didn't think we'd be.. heck its how I went from Verizon to Sprint way back when... Enjoy the Encredible, I played with one and made me miss my Diamond but I'm happy with BlackBerries right now (notice the right now).

One never knows what's going to make you switch or stay until the time comes to act.

Congrats on the Incredible. I carry a VZW dumbphone for work and a TP2 for personal, and I was contemplating moving everything over to VZW and picking up the Incredible. The cost difference in plans and the minor advantages of the EVO 4G over the Incredible made my decision to stick with Sprint. Plus my race car's an Evo, and I never thought I'd be able to afford two, but now I can... kind of:)

@johnnyboy8311 day 1 when the evo comes out im getting it... if i dont get better coverage with it than i do with my tp2 i'm switching to either vzw to get the incredible or att to get the desire.... just curious... how much is your monthly pmnt and what plan do you have? ohh yeah and could you post a pic of mobilespeedtest.com result? my experience with vzw in my area is crazy nice voice coverage but slow data speeds.

Sounds like you made the right decision for YOU. If the Sprint coverage was that bad, no reason to stay. Where I live Sprint coverage is excellent!
If you found a comparable Verizon plan for only $5 more than Sprint, then you either found some hidden secret or you were getting bent over by Sprint with some extra charges. A comparable plan to mine with Verizon is at least $20 more/month.
