Automate Roaming

Is there a way to automate roaming on my Treo Pro with WinMo 6.1?
I would like to have it automatically switch to "force roaming" during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5) and switch back to either Sprint or Automatic the rest of the time.
Can this be done???
