Spinning Dots waitcursor Troubleshooting
 
I wanted to get this started to see if anyone has come up with other options to get rid of the neverending wait cursor. I have tried the MCW3 fix. But The cursor is still showing on the home screen. If anyone has come up with a new fix post here.

I have a new rom coming out soon (already out to donators) that resolves this issue 100%.
