PPCGeeks - Dead Buttons

I have uninstalled some programs that came with the pro (sprint nav, sprint music store, their version of youtube) and also installed/uninstalled my own cab's (getscanlife) and although I went through the "official" way of uninstalling (remove programs) these are still in my programs list.

I can't delete them through activesynce as they don't show up that way. I've soft reset (and thats totally new, soft reset is turning the PHONE off and then on but the device is still on right?) i've taken the battery out.
