No Ringer

Recently bought a used Treo Pro after having 2 Touch Pro's fail on me. The phone does not ring at all but does vibrate. It never rang on the stock rom either and right now I have a custom 6.5 rom on there. Volume is up and I installed the fix cab but I still get no sound from any call or notification. Is the phone damaged?
