I can't Connect to internet via Internet explorer in phone

but why you want to disable power vision, you wont be able to connect to internet explorer...
but if you want to disable power vision put it in airplane mode...

At connection to the Internet in our network, in a network sends ESN instead of the data necessary to me. For this purpose that phone would register at connection with the Internet in our network it is necessary to switch off Power Vision Services.
