Stopwatch program

I'm looking for a good Stopwatch program and a decent Alarm program (at least one that's more accessible and easier to turn on and off than the built in one).

Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, bonus if they're both free! Please. :D

try Galarm or Klaxon for the alarm and G-Watch for the stop watch
