sync over bluetooth
 

Anyone have any idea how to make this work. This phone will no longer connect via usb (or charge, had to buy external battery charger) I would like to sync to my pc via bluetooth but the phone tells me the pc does not support, and when I try to initiate it with the pc, the pc says the phone does not support. Am I just stoopid?

I am sure you probably have, but check if active sync or WMDC installed. else it may detect the phone but wont find the phone capable of connection.

yes i have active sync on both, but they won't connect. arrgh.

I actually have a similar problem. My phone used to sync by BT, but stopped of it's own accord. When I try to connect via BT, I now get the message:
"Cannot connect using bluetooth to a PC that supports Activesync. You may be out of range. Would you like to create a BT partnership with a different PC?"

Again, it was working fine, then one day, just decided not to. I have Vista with WMDC.
