Phone off after Soft Reset
 

Does anyone else have this problem? After I do a soft reset the phone portion will sometimes be off and I cannot turn it on by holding the power button. What I do now is turn the phone off before a soft reset then turn it back on when the unit is back up. I use MemMaid for my soft resets but it has done this before I installed it and had to remove the battery to reset.

so going into wireless manager doesnt fix? ive noticed that after i do a soft reset, the data and voice indicators wud have an "x" by them. but by going into the wireless manager usually fixes it.

Same display on mine but the wireless manager doesn't fix it for me.

crazy idea, but once i used a BU file from sprite and that happened. have u restore from a sprite backup recently?? i had to hard reset and install one by one to fix. it only happened once tho, but it did happen

I haven't restored in a while but it's not uncommon for me to do so. I've had this issue for a while and don't remember when it started. I don't want to do a hard reset and reinstall app by app especially since it's not really a bother since I expect it now and again. Just wondering if some one had a quick fix.

I notice that sometimes after a soft reset the radio will be off but a couple seconds later and comes on no problem. I've never had just stay off after a soft reset.

Saw that but it doesn't seem like anyone has a fix for it.

Mine will do this as well and will come back up most of the time. Its just those few times that it does not because I forget to turn off the radio before a reset.
