Delivery Preference for emials.
 

I dont have Connect and check for messages every: checked but yet it seems like it still checke the emails whenever it wants.
also is there a way to make it check emai every half hour but not check between a certine time like when im sleeping so it dont wake me up lol

LMAO, nah i dont think you could set it to check for emails at different times unless you change the download schedule before you go to sleep. But if you want a true email push, try an exchange server or a third party app to push email, 1+1, i hear is fine. but google prolly could help you find another

i've never seen an email account without a download schedule, which provider are you using?

I think what skee means who is your email provider? Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or is it an Exchange account?

Open ActiveSync on your phone and select 'Menu>Schedule':

You can select how often you want it to check for emails:
