Screen Lights up on its own.

Iv been noticing my screen lighting up on it own some time with the screen saver. Any clue why?

Its a hardware glitch. There's been lots of discussion about it in the 800w forums at treocentral.com

the fix i have found for this problem is use a palm centro battery. The battery that comes with the 800w is the same size as the centro but the centro battery seems to be more stable in the phone.

Thats interesting. I used to have a Centro and I would swap the batteries between the two when one was dying. I can't say I ever noticed a difference. I'm not sure why though, i doubt Palm had specific batteries made for the Centro and 800w. Do you have any sources for your info or is this just personal testing?

btw, I noticed you're a Hawk fan. Do you live in Iowa City? I'm in the Des Moines area.
