Registry Hack to allow SMS tones as loud as the preview?

What is the registry hack that would increase the SMS tone to be as loud as the preview?

I have searched and I do realize that attempts have been made in the past. Currently what is the status though?

wow. patience grasshopper. did you check the registry tweak thread for the 800w? i can't remember if i put that in there or not. if its not in there then there prolly isn't a fix for it.

So far, I don't think there is any registry hack we can do to make the ringtones louder. I sure do need the hack if somebody else here has it, though!!
