Power Management Software

If anyone is familiar with Butler, Phone Technician, or Power Hero from Hobbyist Software for Palm OS, would you happen to know if there is a similiar type software available for Windows Mobile?

Phone Alarm is pretty similar to Butler, you can change power profiles based on lots of criteria, even location (if your phone supports it).
