Treo 800w camera - no date stamp on pics?
 

I was playing around with the camera on the Treo 800w and could not find an option to add a date stamp to the pics. Am I overlooking something?

It would be nice to enable that feature at times.

It would be nice to have but palm didn't give us that choice on this PPC. This in definitely one of my gripes about this device. I take pictures all the time to update my customers on our job progress a date stamp would defiantly be nice.

How does your failure to understand it help me with my question?

Seriously, different people have different likes, dislikes, opinions, etc. It's not a feature that I would want enabled full time, but there are times when I would like to know when the picture was taken.

The Centro had it so I assumed something that basic would also be on the WinMo version.

Even my Digital camera and Digital SLR don't stamp the time/date on the photos. If you want Time/Date stamping, use the file stamp.

It probably has those features and you have them disabled. Even the cheapest digital camera I've seen has that option.

Anyway, looks like my question has been answered, thanks for the replies.

It doesn't appear to be answered, but if you select on the photo, then click on Properties (I'm using Resco Explorer), you will see dates for Created, Modified, Accessed, which is automatically added to the pics.

Yes, but what I'd like to see is it printed on the photo itself so if you load it to an album or online, you can see the date you took it.
