HTC Home Plugin not showing Text message count
 

I tried both htc home vga on my treo 800w
and also hinavigator

the little icons under the clock all work except for text messages.
I still get a notification on bottom but the little counter doesnt count the messages like it does for the email

Does anyone know of a reg fix or anything for this.

I'm not sure if this is going to work properly because (at least on mine) it's using the Palm messaging application and not the Windows Mobile messaging application (that's used for the push email on my phone) So unless you can figure the way to bypass Palm's app and use the included WiMo one...this probably won't work correctly on HTC Home. I remember using an application for threaded texts before 6.1 came out for the Mogul (I think I was using Vito's messaging app) and I had the same issue...it wouldn't tell me I had new texts because I wasn't using the windows app. Good luck and keep me updated. BTW....how does the rest of HTC Home work because I loved that app on the mogul but I felt like it slowed the phone down WAY too much. On the Treo I'm not so worried about that.
