I had to replace my Palm Treo 800w with a new one. How do I get the sMMS picture mail program on my new phone?

I got the sMMS program running but when I try to send a picture, I get an error code that my user name and password do not match. I know I am using the correct Sprint picturemail password. What am I doing wrong?
