problem with all 700w's or just mine
 

I just got a brand new 700w, and I seem to have a problem and want to know if this is with all 700w's or just mine and if there is anything I can do. People I call, and who call me say I sound far away and they have a hard time hearing me, is this normal? any help would be apperciated thanks!

I used to get that problem from my year old 700wx, but it turns out my microphone was dying. Try banging your phone (by the microphone) on your desk a bit, but not too hard. That worked for a lil while for me, but then the microphone finally just died.

Im not sure if banging your phone is such a good idea.
my friend works for sprint and said maybe take it into a store. they may be able to replace the microphone for you
