Stuck On White Treo 3.01 Screen -- Fixed --

I FIXED IT! I FIXED MY TREO BRICK!!

If anyone else has it stuck on this screen, this is how I did it.

1. The first step is to brick your phone!

2. When your phone is stuck in the TREO screen, use the Verizon updater method located here "http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=6294&page=2" ( I however used the Sprint 1.15 update)

3. You will note that it tries to update, but does not work.... Take off the battery cover, run through the command "C:\XXXXX\ruucmd.exe -asyncoff -asyncon -t -v C:\Updater\fwandrom.ruu".....****PAY ATTENTION HERE**** watch the screen until it says UPDATING RADIO FIRMWARE....PRESS RESET AND HOLD IT until it causes the update to fail..... It should be stuck with the TREO - UPDATING RADIO screen,

4. RUN the SPRINT updater again.....

IT IS FIXED!!!!!! IF this worked for you please comment here and let me know....

(EDIT) For someone reason it ended up with Sprint 1.13 software????? This is odd because It *HAD* verizon 1.22, then got fried when I put 1.15??? All that matters is that it works!!!

"I however used the Sprint 1.15 update"

Do you mean that you did NOT use the verizon update files? I tried to follow your instructions, but I did not find a ruucmd.exe file after extracting the sprint update. Should I be using the verizon update files first??

Thanks!
