Phone Turns Off After Caller Beeps In!
Here is something that makes me want to blow up my 700W from Verizon...
Whenever a caller beeps in while I am on the phone and I do not answer the call, the phone will show "Locking Buttons and Touchscreen..." And then it will turn off after a couple seconds and disconnect me from my call unless I remember to hurry and press the center button! Anyone know anything about this? This is very upsetting because, as we all know, everyone likes to call when they get the ESP beam to their brain that we are on the phone. |
Do you have the Lock phone during call option enabled?

I'll check whether it matters if its on or off...
EDIT: It still does it whether lock screen during call is on or off. |
I have exactly the same problem. But, the phone does NOT disconnect your call. If after you think you lost the call, press the right soft-key and enable speakerphone, you have your call again. Then you can cancel speakerphone and all is back to well
Seems to be an intermittent problem in the 1.22 rom. As well as the error message stating "no modem" Talked to one of my friends inside Palm. There should be 1.22B released very soon. They're are feverishly working to fix the issue. I may have a pre-release rom soon to try and see if it fixes my issues before theu release to public. |
This issue has been discussed in other forums. Disable your Keyguard and it should take care of the problem.

That's probly a good thing for when a thief steals your phone!! I wish the mogul that was stolen from us did that, lol!
