There are so many people in the PPC Develoment community (and I include "skinners" in that group) to thank! I have owned over 20 PDA's since the original Palm Pilot (back and forth between platforms [Palm vs. Windows] over the years) and I have to tell everyone, this hardware (Treo 700wx) plus the apps above, make this EASILY the best PDA I've ever owned.

Now, if they would just upgrade the Sprint version to get rid of the darn antenna!

funny cause one of my boys just got a 6700 and another just got a 8525 we all coming from sidekick 3s and are loving these phones i couldnt go back to a sidekick ever :lol:

How is the speed with all those apps on it? I just got my wx and I haven't tricked her out yet. On my ppc6700 it would runs slowerif i have alot of apps running at the same time.

dapreacha78, sorry for the delay in responding. To me, the speed of my Treo is inversely proportionate to its useful. In other words, I'm willing to sacrifice a little speed when the Today screen basically becomes the most useful app on my Treo.

I have to say these apps makes my Treo more useful than I EVER imagined. The weather forecast regularly, all phone functions, cascading start menu, appointments and tasks - it's a hard combination to beat.

I haven't done in-depth speed comparisons. No question that Wisbar will slow your Treo down a bit. But for what they do, te difference is DEFINITELY negligible.

Nice screen Torx, but this thread is for the 700wx. ;) Hopefully one of the other mods can move it to the 6700 thread. :)

I just had to say WOW! These are all so great!! I wish I could learn quickly how to make my own. I will learn how to use one of these though. Nice work guys!! They are awesome today screens!!
