WP_Pilot
Resco Today plugin
TodayAgenda

I've captured my screen shot but unsure of the process to include it in this post.

I told you I'm a NOOB!

Here's my today screen to date:

Ok, your TodayAgenda is too tall. Go into it's options (tap and hold on TodayAgenda to get the menu). Go to the Layout tab and lower the Plug-in Height until the scroll bar goes away...

Hmm,

Not really what I had in mind. It merely reduced the plugin to about two lines worth of info at a height of 30 (was at 80). I realize my calendar may extend below the plugin height but with one hand navigation, I just don't need the scroll bar.

Suggestions?

Perhaps I misunderstood. I thought you wanted to get rid of the Today screen scroll bar. The point of setting TodayAgenda to a fixed height is to avoid your calendar from getting too long and causing the Today scroll bar to show up - which reduces the screen width (and covers up than WeatherPanel theme). Basically, it's one or the other...

So, explain again the exact look you're trying to achieve?

First, thank you! Second, sorry for not being clear in my explanation. From the screen captures above, you'll see that my appointments/tasks on my today screen have scroll bars since there are more appts/tasks than the allotted room (pixel height) for the TodayAgenda plugin. Those little scroll bars are merely an annoyance since I can navigate using the D pad. I will likely always want to display more appts/tasks than I have room for in the TodayAgenda plugin but want to remove the scroll bars. Maybe, I need to do just the opposite and increase the pixel height of the TodayAgenda layout until the scroll bars go away. But I can imagine that could change depending on how full my calendar is for the number of days I'm displaying.

I hope this is clearer but if not, please bear with me.

Well, in that case, go into your TodayAgend settings and uncheck "fixed height". That should be all you need to do. :)

I noticed you also need the "moon fix" for WeatherPanel, found here.

Yeah, still progressing to that stage. Still working on the overall look. Not sure I like the Resco Today Screen plugin but I like having my apps available. Still seeking other options.

Thanks,

Bob

Actually, the fixed height box was not checked for the images you see above!

Doh! That's what happens when you don't look through ALL your choices in a given menu.

Thanks!
