I would chime in but I'm with Sprint. However, if I recall (and don't quote me on this) on Sprint you need a Picture Mail account to recieve pics (not to send). I don't know if this is true with Verizon.

I was hoping you would have the answer. I am not sure, but VZW didn't indicate anything like that. My phone is acting like it is receiving the MMS message, but I get blank screen, like the message is sent, but the download is stopped.

Yeah...you're probably just getting the message shell without the embedded pic. Give the good people at Verizon a call.

They are already on it. I just have to wonder though....The next step (after they look into it and call me back) will most likely be a hard reset. Would this CAB affect that in a way that I am actually inhibiting the pics? Do any other VZW people have this problem?

If u have the cab on a memory card, it should not affect it in anyway after a hard reset, just take the card out before u do it. then replace the card, make sure u have the updated flashbundle, and a recent backup... and see were it takes u, sometimes starting from scratch is a good thing. good luck.

Anyone Having Problems?
 
I read over at TreoCentral that people began having problems with this app yesterday. So I tested mine and I am no longer able to send picture mail. It has always worked fine for me. Does anyone have any ideas?

I saw that thread over at TC as well. I confirmed that I can no longer send pics on Sprint. Hopefully this is a Sprint issue and they will correct the problem. Otherwise it looks like we'll need another solution.

At one point didn't the dns settings affect some peoples ability for this to work? I haven't changed mine, but maybe I will try that.
