Syncing with Exchange
 

Hey folks,

I've been working with Treo's for about 2 years now (i don't have one myself and my company won't get one for me), we have a user who brought a 700w from Verizon and i setup Exchange Activesync. When he deletes an email on the Treo it should delete it back in outlook...correct? Cause right now it's not working that way...even after you hit "sync" on the Activesync screen it still won't delete the email in Outlook. Any ideas what might be going on?

That didn't work.

The issue is when he deletes something from his Treo 700w he wants that email to also be deleted from Outlook on his PC.

Are you sure that it is an exchange account on both the PPC and Outlook?
Deletes, changes, etc. should be synched with all clients attached to the server.
It has always worked for me. Every once in a while it will not. Just send/rec on both clients and it should work. You can check OWA if you have it to see the changes. If it is not there then its not making it to the server. If it is changing then Outlook is goofed.
