Just got my Treo today and i have a few questions
 

1: I installed WAD2. and once i installed it my incoming ringtone went away, and it will only come back once i uninstalled the software. So how do i get it working with my phone?

2: My sync cable that came with my phone is not charging my phone.. is that normal?

Not sure about WAD2, but there is a separate charger cable that came with your phone. It cam plug into the sync cable ot into the phone directly. This is the norm (well...Treo's at least). You can purchace sync/charge cables elsewhere if you like.
