Did the Sprint SMS patch solve anybody's text probs?
 

I'm just curious here. Because, I've downloaded that patch like 5 times and I still have that yellow-tabbed error crap popping up on me & I'm getting multiple texts.
I might just get the Moto Q or that 6700 thing JUST for this issue alone man geez. I mean, I'm not picky, I just want to send & receive text messages on my Treo thats all.

If the software version is higher than TREO700WX-1.13-SPNT, then you don't need to install it. Fortunately, I have TREO700WX-1.14-SPNT and never had any problems with SMS, yet. I even using the SMS threaded app.

The SMS patch was only designed so that users on certain providers, like T-Mobile, would receive SMS sent from the 700wx.
