Phone: Roaming notification settings
 

Under Sounds & Notification, there is an event for Phone: Roaming...

Will this notify me when I reach an area where I begin to roam?
Or is the ringing I will hear on all calls once I enter a roaming area?

Correct, if you are roaming and someone calls, then that ringer will be used.
