need help with PC hookup
 

every time i hook my treo up to the computer it wont let me take any info from my phone onto my computer, but i can transfer stuff to my phone...what should i do, should i download active sync again?

Does an ActiveSync window pop up showing you that it's connecting? If it does then go to the ActiveSync window after it pops up and you're connected. On the top menu go to Tools/Options and select that box that says "files". A folder will appear on your desktop. That is a direct link to your PPC.

Can you open the start menu of your pc and see your device listed?
